CrossFit Fox Den offers a variety of programs and experiences based on your needs. Although CrossFit is our "bread and butter", our coaches come from diverse fitness discipline backgrounds and have expertise and experience in a variety fitness offerings. Below are our different programs:

Fox Den's Olympic Weightlifting program is a 3 day a week program and focuses on the "Clean and Jerk" and "Snatch" movements. This class is beneficial to anyone looking to improve their Olympic weightlifting skills, efficiency, power, and speed. It’s open to everyone from seasoned competitors to newcomers who want to work on technique.
For those looking for more specialized fitness training with a tailored regimen, our Individual Training will allow for custom WOD to meet your fitness goals. Your progress will be tracked and program tailored as required. Whether it's an Elite Athlete preparing for competition, specific injury-disability rehabilitation, or you are just a diva and want to be the center of attention, this program is for you!
Fox Den is one of the only boxes in the area with Open Gym every day during open hours. You can come in and do you! Did you miss a training session? Need to work on a skill before class? Just want a quick sweat session but don't have time for a whole class? Come on in and get it done! Daily classes do have priority on space and equipment but there is normally more than enough to go around.
Tough schedule? Looking for variation? Your gym is limited in its services? Finally ready to break through the "plateau"? We can help you reach your fitness goals even if you can't reach us. Our Satellite Training will allow you to fine tune your routine through nutrition, technique, and training regimen, wherever and whenever you are ready! Our schedule includes classes starting every hour, on the hour during the day and on the half hour in the evening. Please know that our classes are progressive so please try to arrive a little early. If you arrive too late you may have to wait until the next class! Individual Training sessions should be scheduled in advance and can be outside of normal business hours if that is what works best for you!
